There are three ways to register.


1. Call us at 719-635-6268 or toll free 866-630-0136 with a credit card.


2. Online with a credit card. We have three subsections in this category.

    1. Register & Deposit - You will need to pay the balance when it is due (60 days prior to workshop); please return here to pay the balance or call us (1-866-630-0136) with credit card information or send a check. If we do not receive the balance when due, we will make several attempts to remind you using e-mail and phone.

    2. Register & Full Amount - This subsection is for those who are registering for a workshop and wish to pay the full amount at this time.
Note: Returning participants who qualify for a discount may enter the exact amount on our MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENT PAGE. Also, please send a separate e-mail to andy@rockymountainreflections.com to inform us which workshop is being attended.

    3. Pay Balance - This subsection is for those who have already registered for a workshop and paid the deposit.
Note: Returning participants who qualify for a discount may enter the exact amount on our MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENT PAGE. The exact amount of your balance is noted on the receipt for your deposit.

If registering for a workshop and it starts in 60 days or less, please choose Register & Full Amount.

3. By mail with a credit card or $50.00 check. If registering by mail with a credit card we will charge your account the $50.00 deposit upon registration and the balance 60 days prior to the start of the workshop. If registering with a $50.00 check we will deposit it upon receipt, the balance will be due 60 days prior to the start of the workshop. CANCELLATION POLICY: We must receive notice of cancellation (phone*, e-mail* or postal mail), at which time the following fees apply:

More than 90 days in advance of the workshop: Full refund of $50.00 deposit.

90 to 61 days in advance of the workshop: $50.00 per person.

60 to 31 days in advance of the workshop: $175.00 per person.

30 days or fewer in advance of the workshop: $349.00 per person.

*If canceled by phone or e-mail, we must acknowledge receipt of the cancellation by e-mail for it to be valid.
